Client can not use Creating Genius Web hosting services for anything other than to promote client products or services; reselling page space, advertising, banners, sponsorships are strictly prohibited without written permission by an Officer of Creating Genius, Inc.

Programming, CGI, Databases, and Scripts created by Creating Genius are the sole ownership of Creating Genius and licensed to client for the purpose of their site only.

Creating Genius is not responsible for site downtime due to problems beyond it’s control such as but not limited to Natural Disasters, Sabotage, Denial of Service, Defacement and will not be held liable for any expenses, costs or loss of business that may result.

Warranty details will be stated within the services agreement. In General, Creating Genius does not guarantee its products and services will be free of defects, bugs or glitches. However, Creating Genius will make every effort to repair such defects in a timely manner.
